Shipping, Refunds, & Exchanges

Shipping Policy

Shipping orders placed directly with Alamo Botanicals will be shipped via UPS or USPS within 1-2 business days. The customer will be notified directly if the order is delayed due to product outages or shipping service conflicts. Order tracking will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Weekends and holidays may delay the shipping time and delivery schedule.

Alamo Botanicals does not assume responsibility for orders delayed or misplaced by mail service. If the order arrives damaged or tracking shows as delivered but the package cannot be located, the customer may file a claim with the mail carrier service.

Refund/Exchange Policy

At Alamo Botanicals, quality and service are top priorities. We work hard to ensure that our quality is second to none. Alamo Botanicals only sources from the highest quality vendors and most reputable companies in the industry. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any product unless the product is defective or damaged at the time it was sold. In the case an item needs to be returned, it must be done within 7 calendar days of the original purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns that are not defective/damaged will be exchanged with store credit only, and only within 7 calendar days of the original purchase. Customers’ names and identification must be verified prior to issuing any refund or exchange. Any customer who is unwilling to provide this information may not be issued any refund or exchange. Customers who habitually return items may not be allowed any future returns at the sole discretion of management. No returns are allowed on shipped or delivered orders unless the product is damaged or defective.

Important Note: Outstanding customer service is an Alamo Botanicals core value. Should a customer request a refund or exchange outside of the above guidelines, please speak to a manager. Any exception to the policy is at the sole discretion of management, and an employee may not refund or exchange beyond our written policy. If a manager is unavailable, take down the customer’s information and a manager will contact them as soon as possible.
